Setup: By 4pm every Wednesday, June - October in Joe Rowell Park

Info: No registration required, no spaces guaranteed. Just show up and set up! If this market benefits you, we will have a donation bin to collect for next year's band and marketing budget.

2024 LOCATION: This year due to Town Hall at Flander Park being demolished this summer, we have to move the Farmers Market to Joe Rowell Park. We will allow vendors to set up in the grassy area between the Playground and the Baseball diamond, including the Pavilion area (bands will also use a section of the pavilion to perform. If you need shade, you can also use the area behind the restrooms where the shade trees are.

FOOD TRUCKS: Must be permitted to operate within the Town of Dolores, must show Dolores food truck permit, which is different from county permits. Only 2 Food Trucks per date, this will need to be coordinated, so please stay tuned for sign up dates. This does not apply to food vendors setting up in the grass.

Rules:

• No setup allowed on sidewalk, booths are on the grassy area, no guaranteed spots, just show up and set up.

• Please leave no trace

• Vendors preparing and serving food on-site are required to have food handler's license or equivalent. Specific food handling questions should be directed to the County Health Department at block@co.montezuma.co.us  (The Health Department will do a few unannounced inspections every season, please make sure to always have permit & paperwork on hand)

• Vendors pre-packaging food to sell at the market (like baked and canned goods) must have a Colorado Food Handlers Card for Cottage Foods (see links above for more info).

• Tent stakes must be 6" or less in length to protect irrigation system below

• Sales Tax: It is your responsibility to collect, record and transmit your monthly sales tax for the town of Dolores, which is currently at 4%. Taxes are due by the 20th of each month for the month prior. Forms and instructions can be found here: https://tax.colorado.gov/file-sales-tax-online
