Dolores Chamber of Commerce Business Bingo Sweepstakes – Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The 2026 Business Bingo Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Colorado. Employees, officers, and directors of the Dolores Chamber of Commerce and participating businesses are not eligible to win.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on November 28th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on December 11th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (the "Sweepstakes Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER: Pick up an official Bingo sheet at any participating business. Visit participating businesses listed on the sheet to receive a stamp. No purchase is required to receive a stamp. To qualify for the prize drawing, participants must complete a valid "Bingo" (five stamps in a row: horizontal, vertical, or diagonal). Turn in completed sheets to the Dolores Food Market, Dolores River Brewery, or Kelly’s Kitchen by December 11th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible, completed Bingo sheets received. The drawing will take place on December 12th, 2026. Winners will be notified via the phone number or email address provided on the Bingo sheet within 3 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. PRIZES: Prizes include local business gift cards, physical merchandise, and promotional items, with a total estimated prize value of $100 per prize basket. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitutions are permitted.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Dolores Chamber of Commerce, which are final and binding. The Chamber reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraud, tampering, or violating these rules.
