Food Truck and Food Vendor Guidelines

  • You must apply as a food vendor if you are preparing food on-site at the events.

  • You must have your County Health Department certifications in place prior to the event. If you're not sure what you need to operate, please contact Brandy McGuire at (970)564-4763 or bmcguire@co.montezuma.co.us

  • Food Trucks must be permitted to operate in the Town of Dolores to be at any event. Please contact david@townofdolores.com or call (970)882-7720 to set up your Food Truck Inspection.

  • There are a limited number of Food Vendors that will be confirmed at each event. Submitting this form does not guarantee you a space at the event until confirmed by the event director. We will need to make sure there are no major food duplications before confirming. Applications will be on a first submitted, first confirmed basis.

2023 Event Details

Food Truck Fridays

  • Friday's from June - August, 4pm - dark at 4th Street and Riverside (lot behind the Ginger Jar).

  • Limited to 4 Food Trucks.

  • No electricity available - bring your generator if you need power.

  • Will have live music, musicians TBD.

  • $150 for June, $120 for July, $120 for August. $300 for all 3 months.

  • Will only be approved if you plan on being there for almost all of the dates.

  • Please try to bring a table and chairs for people to sit near your food truck.

Dolores SummerFest Car Show

  • Saturday, July 15th, 10am - 6pm at Flanders Park

  • 4 Food Trucks + 1 Food Booth Available

  • $100 for a 12x12 Food Booth, $160 for a 12x24 Food Booth or Food Truck space

  • 110V Electricity available or bring your generator

  • Live Music, Car Show, Kids Games, Bubble Pile, Beer tent

Boggy Draw Beat Down Mountain Bike Race

  • Saturday, August 5th, 8am - 2pm at Flanders Park

  • 2 Food Trucks or Food Booths available

  • $50 for a 12x12 Food Booth, $80 for a 12x24 Food Booth or Food Truck space

  • 110V Electricity available or bring your generator

  • DJ Music, Kids games, Beer Tent, Race Awards

Escalante Days

  • Saturday, August 12th, 10am - 5pm at Flanders Park

  • 4 Food Trucks + 2 Food Booths available

  • $150 for a 12x12 Food Booth, $250 for a 12x24 Food Booth or Food Truck space

  • 110V Electricity available or bring your generator

  • Live Music, Parade, Chain Saw Competition, Arm Wrestling Contest, Kids Games, Beer Tent

Dolores Harvest Fest & Car Show

  • Saturday, October 7th at Flanders Park

  • 4 Food Trucks or Food Booths available

  • $100 for a 12x12 Food Booth, $160 for a 12x24 Food Booth or Food Truck space

  • 110V Electricity available or bring your generator

  • Live Music, Car Show, Kids Games, Bubble Pile, Beer Tent, Hay Rides, Pumpkin Painting

If you're application is approved, we will forward you payment links to confirm your spot. Payment can also be made by check or cash, details on how will be sent once confirmed.
