2023 Event Details

Dolores Farmers Market

  • Wednesday's from June - October, 4pm - 7pm at Flanders Park

  • There is no fee to setup, no registration required, no guaranteed spaces, just show up and set up on the grass

  • Will have live music 2x month, dates and musicians TBD

Food Truck Fridays + JAZZY JUNQUE & RUSTY FUNQUE FLEA MARKET

  • FOOD TRUCK FRIDAYS: Friday's from June - August, 4pm - dark at 4th Street and Riverside (lot behind the Ginger Jar)

  • Limited to 8 vendors + 4 Food Trucks

  • No electricity available

  • Will have live music, musicians TBD

  • $10 PER DATE: $50 for June, $40 for July, $40 for August for a 12x12 space. $100 for all 3 months

  • JAZZY JUNQUE & RUSTY FUNQUE FLEA MARKET: Friday's from 8am - Dark, Saturday's from 8am - 4pm. If you have signed up for Food Truck Fridays, you are automatically signed up for Friday's at the Flea Market all day (8am-dark). To add on Saturdays 8am-4pm, it's just $10 per date.

Boggy Draw Beat Down Mountain Bike Race

  • Saturday, August 5th, 8am - 2pm at Flanders Park

  • $25 for a 12x12 space, $40 for a 12x24 space

  • Electricity spots available for $10 additional (bring electrical cords)

  • DJ Music, Kids games, Beer Tent, Race Awards

Escalante Days

  • Saturday, August 12th, 10am - 5pm at Flanders Park

  • $75 for a 12x12 space, $125 for a 12x24 space

  • Electricity spots available for $10 additional (bring electrical cords)

  • Live Music, Parade, Chain Saw Competition, Arm Wrestling Contest, Kids Games, Beer Tent

Dolores Harvest Fest & Car Show

  • Saturday, October 7th at Flanders Park

  • $50 for a 12x12 space, $80 for a 12x24 space

  • Electricity spots available for $10 additional (bring electrical cords)

  • Live Music, Car Show, Kids Games, Bubble Pile, Beer Tent, Hay Rides, Pumpkin Painting

Dolores Christmas Bazaar

  • Saturday, December 2nd, 8am - 4pm at the Dolores Community Center

  • Cannot sign up here, contact Laurie McGuire at (970)759-3601 to reserve vendor space

Payment Options (payment must be receive 2 weeks prior to event)

You will be directed to an online payment portal thru Square after you hit the Submit button below. If you are paying by check or cash, you can close out the credit card payment window. You will receive an email confirming your submission after hitting the button below.
