The mission of Community Connections, Inc. is to create opportunities for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead healthy and fulfilling lives within our community.
 
We have been providing services to empower, educate, assist, and serve babies, families, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1985. Community Connections, Inc. (CCI) is the only organization providing 24/7 comprehensive services to people with developmental disabilities in Southwest Colorado (Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan counties).
